Let’s delve into various art techniques and styles:
- Book binding: Create your individual art journal. This hands-on session covers techniques such as selecting materials, folding and sewing pages, and adding decorative elements.
- Intuitive Art: Follow your instincts, get in the flow with different art materials and create a unique zine (a mini book).
- Mixed Media Collage: Explore the endless possibilities of mixed media as you combine different materials to create textured and layered pages in your journal.
- Printmaking: Dive into the world of printmaking and discover the magic of creating unique prints using various techniques like sunprinting and a gelli plate.
- Blind Drawing: stop perfectionism and just watch your fascinating object (plants, landscape or other participants) while drawing. It’s all about observing and discovering the beauty around you.

„La Vita Sukha“ literally translates as
‘The life of a lasting state of happiness’.
The founders‘ mission is to empower and encourage every retreat participant to explore this for themselves.

„Creative Escape“ will take place in the 800-year-old mountain village of Roseto Valfortore, in the region of Puglia, in southern Italy.
Situated 650 metres above sea level, Roseto is a peaceful and uncontaminated rural village and is incredibly beautiful.
It is officially classified as one of the ‘Borghi Più Belli d’Italia’ and, thanks to our strong connection to the village, you will have lots of opportunities for a genuine exploration of the famously charismatic rural Italian lifestyle.
The spacious villa is located on the outskirts of the village and is nestled in 2 hectares of its own grounds.
The villa’s land contains a variety of plentiful fruit trees, a vegetable garden and a wonderfully serene private oak forest, perfect for morning meditations.
And not to forget: there is a large swimming pool.
This location is a slice of paradise and is definitely one of the hidden gems of Italy.
